What is reviewed
We work through finishes, windows and doors, visible building services, plumbing, electrics, air conditioning, outdoor areas and the stated specification. A qualified technical specialist is involved where appropriate.
A clear snagging list
Issues are recorded with photographs and descriptions so they can be discussed without ambiguity. We help submit the list to the developer or seller and coordinate a follow-up check.
